Kevin Hennessy, a 2005 West Babylon graduate, earned top honors last season as a midfielder on the New York Institute of Technology lacrosse team. Hennessy was named East Coast Conference Player of the Year and was honored as a U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association First Team All-American and the Lt. Raymond J. Enners Award for Outstanding Player in Division II and the Lt. Donald McLaughlin Jr. Award for top midfielder in Division II. Hennessy led the NYIT Bears in scoring with 28 goals and 22 assists.
