Robert Kirkland, a graduate of Lindenhurst High School and Marion Military Academy, has been selected and will be entering West Point on July 2. Kirkland is the son of Thomas and AnnMarie Kirkland of Lindenhurst and grandson of Joanne Allar and Dennis Nelson of Babylon Village.
