Two men arrested at Babylon RR station after robbing cabby

Jeremy JonesJeremy JonesJose MolinaJose MolinaTwo men were arrested by Suffolk County Police and charged with robbing a taxi cab driver at gunpoint in Copiague. The arrests were made at the Babylon Railroad Station, North Carll Avenue and Railroad Avenue. Police gave this account: 

The robbery occurred at 8:50 p.m., Fri., Jan. 12 in front of 545 Oak St., Copiague. Following an investigation, Police Officers Richard Tofano, Michael Lavella and Erik Nilson located the pair at the Railroad Station and arrested Jeremy Jones 27, and Jose Molina, both of Queens, charging them in that incident, Both men are self-admitted MS-13 gang members, said police.

They were charged with robbery, first degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and were arraigned in First District Court Jan. 13. They are scheduled to appear back in court at a later date.
