captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage in the
amount of $380,000.00 recorded

in the Suffolk County
Clerk's/City Register’s Office
on July 7, 2016 in Liber
21332 of Mortgages at Page
602 covering the premises
known as 85 EAST LIDO
PROMENADE, LINDENHURST, NY 11757. The
Mortgage was assigned to
GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC
by Assignment of Mortgage
dated September 7, 2010
and recorded with the Suffolk County Clerk’s Office
on September 22, 2010 in
Liber 21990 at Page 869.
Thereafter, the note and
mortgage were modified
pursuant to a Loan Modification Agreement dated
November 1, 2012 to reflect
a new unpaid principal balance of $318,680.73, a new
maturity date of November
1, 2052 and a new interest
rate of 4.250% per centum
per annum. Said Modification Agreement was then
assigned by an Assignment
of Mortgage dated March 24,
2014 to Green Tree Servicing, LLC and recorded with
the Suffolk County Clerk’s
Office on May 6, 2014 in
Liber 22487 at Page 108.
Thereafter, the Mortgage
was further assigned to MTGLQ INVESTORS L.P., the
Plaintiff by an Assignment
of Mortgage dated September 19, 2016 and recorded
with the Suffolk County
Clerk’s Office on October
19, 2016 in Liber 22748 at
Page 21.
The relief sought in the
within action is a final Judgment of Foreclosure and
Sale directing the sale of the
premises described above
to satisfy the debt secured
by the Mortgage described
above.
Suffolk County is designated
as the place of trial on the
basis of the fact that the real
property affected by this action is located wholly within
said County.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon meets regularly on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month with
the exception of August and December when they only meet
on the second Tuesday of the month. The regular meeting is
held at 8:00 P.M. in the board room of Village Hall, 153 West
Main St., Babylon, NY. Work sessions are held prior to the
regular meeting at 7:00 P.M. in the upstairs conference room.
If necessary, work sessions may reconvene after the regular
meeting if there is unfinished business from the 7:00 P.M.
work session, provided it was stated at the work session.
