Woman uses stolen credit card

Police ask public's help in identifying her

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating the individual who attempted to use a stolen credit card in Copiague.

Police said that on March 10, a woman attempted to use a stolen credit cards at Target, t 1149 Sunrise Hwy., Copiague.  The credit cards were stolen from a victim’s wallet in Bay Shore.

The woman is described as black with shoulder length hair.  She was wearing blue pants and a blue sweater with a gray Pepsi Cola t-shirt underneath. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
