Suffolk County Legislator Tom Barraga recently met with Randi Shubin Dresner, president and CEO of Island Harvest, a hunger relief agency. The agency procures and distributes food that has been donated from area supermarkets, farms, caterers and other businesses that direct their surplus to them.
