More than 100 Lindenhurst Middle School students and staff decorated houses in the Gingerbread House Holiday Workshop, sponsored by the Family and Consumer Science Department and Gingerbread University. The professor from the university gave students background information on the spice and instructions on how to make a great gingerbread house.
