Tips to get your kids off junk food

Here are some simple steps you can take in your home to get your kids off of junk food and into eating vegetables: •Throw away all of the processed, artificial junk food in your home. If it’s not there to eat, your kids will be forced to choose from the more healthy alternatives that are available.
