Longtime West Islip resident Robert “Bob” R. Lloyd died July 20, 2010 of cancer. He was 73 and had lived on Sequams Lane East for more than 25 years. “He just loved talking to people and being helpful,” said his wife of 26 years, Shirley whom he met at a dance in Commack. “Robert was just a wonderful guy.”
