Anthony Serpenti of North Babylon wins Town's highest honor: Heroism Award

It’s one thing to save your grandfather’s life. It’s another thing to have to stand up at a public meeting and accept accolades for it. For 9-year-old Anthony Serpenti of North Babylon, saving his grandfather’s life on June 8 by calling 911 when he found him unconscious in the backyard, wasn’t tough. Accepting the Babylon Town’s Heroism Award was.
