Stephen Henry Eilbeck, a former Babylon and Oak Beach resident, died of leukemia peacefully on the evening of July 5, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He was 58. Stephen was a Babylon High School graduate and a longtime resident of Satellite Beach, Florida. He recently retired from the Public Works Department there after over 27 years of service.
