The West Islip symphony Orchestra will present An Evening Under the Stars, Wed., Aug. 4, 8 p.m. on the grounds of the West Islip Library, Higbie Lane and Montauk Highway, West Islip. If it rains, the program will be moved to West Islip High School, one Lion’s Path, West Islip. Bring lawn chairs or blanket. Admission is free. For information call 631-661-8348.
