(5) It is in the public interest to provide the sewer improvement as hereinafter described; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve and authorize the improvements proposed as set forth in Exhibit B hereto including (i) the acquisition and construction of a 380,000 gallons per day (gpd) wastewater pump station to be constructed on the north side of Irving Avenue east of Straight Path and (ii) the installation of a 10 inch diameter 9,800 foot force main and gravity feed mains within the benefited area all for connection to the Suffolk County Southwest Sewer District; and be it further RESOLVED, the boundaries of the proposed benefitted area are identified on Exhibit A hereto and consist of the Downtown Wyandanch Urban Renewal Area as so designated by the Town Board of the Town pursuant to the Town Board Resolution No. 424 dated June 25, 2008; and be it further RESOLVED, the maximum amount proposed to be expended for such improvement is $9,500,000; and be it further RESOLVED, the proposed method of apportioning the costs of such improvement is through the levy of taxes upon all of the taxable property within the Town outside of villages without limit of rate or amount; and be it further RESOLVED, the proposed Notice is hereby given that a license, number Pending for Beer, Wine & Liquor has been applied for by the undersigned to sell same at retail in a Restaurant under the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law at, 287 Main Street Restaurant Corp., 287 Main Street,, Huntington, NY 11743 for on-premise consumption 10-502 6/3, 6/10 method to be employed for financing such improvement including costs of rights of way, construction costs, legal fees and other expenses shall be financed through the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of the Town; and be it further RESOLVED, this resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum in the manner provided in Town Law Article 7.
