Ring, ring ring goes the trolley as Babylon celebrates its trolley history

Call to reserve a seat on a trolley tour June 11th & 12th

Next month, the Town of Babylon will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the trolley lines in Babylon. In recognition of that event, the Town’s Historic and Preservation Commission invited elementary school students to write an essay on Babylon’s trolley days. Sixteen schools were recognized with winners in the contest at an awards ceremony held at Town Hall Sat., May 15.
