In last night’s school budget votes, West Babylon and Wyandanch were among 10 school districts on Long Island to have their budgets rejected by voters. In West Babylon, the budget was defeated 1,325 to 1,1,45. Wendy DeGaetano, Donna Klein and newcomer Peter Scarlatos were elected to the school board.
