Lindenhurst resident, Robert Drenckhahn of Boy Scout Troop #383 recently received the prestigious Eagle Scout award. Drenckhahn performed a community service project in order to complete the requirements for Eagle rank. He enhanced the courtyard at the Alleghany Avenue School in Lindenhurst, adding benches to create a reading area for the students.
