Sean McShane, a Beach Street Middle School fifth grader, has been notified by the National Geographic Society that he is one of the semi-finalists eligible to compete in the 2010 New York Geographic B ee. S chool-level winners took a qualifying test that was submitted to the National Geographic Society.
