Liza Vanderveldt Montfort, former West Islip resident and graduate of West Islip High Scholl, class of 1977, died suddenly in her sleep on the morning of Fri., March 5th, 2010. She was 50 years old. Liza lived in Berkeley, California since 1977 and leaves behind her husband of 22 years, Francisco “Paco” Montfort and their son, Peter Montfort of Richmond, California.
