The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet and the Islip Public Library will be co-hosting a program on Teddy Roosevelt. Derek Evans, an actor and historian, will bring the personal and public life of the 26th President of the U.S. to life in a lively and engaging living history per formance. The program will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2 p.m. at the Islip Public Library, 71 Monell Ave. It is free, open to the public and is suitable for school-aged children.
