To kick-off the festivities, students, parents, teachers, and community members lined Montauk Highway. Marching in the parade were floats representing each grade level, the Babylon High School marching band, varsity cheerleaders, members of the theatre company, and the homecoming court. Finalists in the homecoming court rode in sporty convertibles and waved to parade attendees as they passed by. The parade ended at the entrance to the Coach Walt Williams Field.
