The United States Power Squadron will be offering America’s Boating Course for adults and young boaters, age 10 and up. The five weeks of instruction includes seamanship, regulations, safety, charting and plotting, aids to navigation, PWC instruction and trailer boating. Classes start Tues., Feb. 23 at East Islip High School, 1 Redmen St., Islip Terrace off Craig B.
