West Islip High School senior Dominick Gennaro was chosen for Boys State and attended a formal ceremony recently at the American Legion Hall. Gennaro’s dream is to attend West Point and his goal is to become an officerin the United States Army. “Hopefully, he will be accepted there,” says his mom, Annemarie Essex.
