Angie Carpenter, Suffolk County Treasurer presented Dominick Genn­aro with a proclamation recognizing his participation in the 2009 Ameri­can Legion Boys’ State, which was sponsored by American Legion West Islip Post No. 1738. Boy’s State is a summer leadership and citizenship program for high school students between their junior and senior years.
