On Wednesday, November 11, Our Lady of Consolation Nursing and Rehabilitative Care Center celebrated all their veteran residents. A special breakfast, prepared by Executive Chef Anthony Rezza, was held to honor these 35 special individuals. As special guests, members of the West Islip American Legion Post 1738 greeted the residents and exchanged stories.
