The Great South Bay Audubon Society, Young Birders Group will meet Sun., Dec. 6, 1 p.m. at Brookside County Park, 59 Brook St., Sayville, when there will be a presentation on Project Feeder Watch. This presentation will introduce young birders to birds that are commonly found at our local feeders. There will be a discussion about recognizing the birds we are likely to see in our area using the Peterson Field Guide for Young Naturalists entitled Backyard Birds.
