Lindenhurst School District’s Albany Avenue Elementary School held kindergarten orientation on the day before school officially opened. “It lets the new students become familiar with the building before they actually have to be here officially,” explained Principal Frank Grotschel. “Theolder students give tours and answer questions,” he added.
