The Amityville Historical Society invites the community to its general meeting Wed., Oct. 14, 7:30 p.m. at the Lauder Museum, 170 Broadway Amityville. Guest speaker will be Mary Jeanne Corea, director of community relations for the Long Island Home, which is composed of South Oaks Hospital and Broadlawn Manor.
