Richard Nicewicz, 72, sails very small boats but has a big problem: pond weeds. Every week, Nicewicz used to race his remotecontrol sailboat at Babylon Town Hall Pond. But this year—due to an infestation of a foreign pond weed— he moved his ship to Feller’s Pond in Lindenhurst and Lake Ronkonkoma.
