Thestudents of the West Islip High School went on a whirlwind tour of Italy and France during spring break 2009. Thirty-two students and adults were accompanied by their teachers Stephanie Fodera and Constance Allen. Fodera, who is the High School Italian teacher and Allen, who is the High School French teacher, began to plan this trip back in September, 2008.
