In a move that should not surprise many, Lew Ford’s contract was picked up by the Cincinnati Reds organization. He has been assigned to their Triple-A affiliate. A solid ball player with the Minnesota Twins from 2003- 2007, where he compiled 32 home runs, 80 doubles and 10 triples, Ford was hitting an Atlantic League best .330 prior to the move.
