Loving family matriarch Florence M. Miranda of Copiague died July 18. 2009. She was 98 years old. According to her family, she treasured spending time with her loved ones and had a gift to make each person feel special. "She always made you feel she had been waiting to see just you all day," said her granddaughter, Marcy DeMaree.
