N.Y.S. Sen. Owen Johnson welcomes home returning Iraq War veteran, James Christman of Babylon at the Federation of Organizations' 32nd annual Senior Expo and Luncheon held on June 5th. Lieutenant Junior Grade James Christman was deployed for six months with the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Twenty Seven in Al Asad, Iraq and other locations throughout Anbar Province. He served as Logistics Officer for Construction Operations supporting the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Forces. Christman received a standing ovation from all who attended the luncheon as an expression of their gratitude for his service. Sen. Johnson was pleased to be on hand to welcome home his constituent and thanked him for his invaluable service to our Nation.
