Assemblyman Phil Boyle (R,C,I - Bay Shore) will be hosting a foreclosure prevention seminar to inform Long Island residents about how to prevent and deal with foreclosure. The seminar will be held Thurs., July 9, 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the West Islip Community Center, 90 Higbie Ln., West Islip.
