Character counts at JFK

Students in Mrs. Losardo and Miss Joseph’s First Grade Class at JFK Elementary School in West Babylon recently celebrated completion Good Character and Citizenship lessons practiced throughout the 2008-09 school year. They shared what they learned with their parents at a special Good Character Performance, which included original songs and scripts written by Mrs. Losardo focusing on Kindness, Respect, Responsibility, Honest and Citizenship. Also assisting were Ms. Germano, Mrs. Watt and Frank Gentilesca. Students participating included Nicolas Likos, Gavin Pallas, Frank Rubiano, Thomas Beggins, Marcus Beiro, Daniella Copeland, Kyra Duke, Dominic Longo, Carissa Brock, Sydney Jomisko, Julianna Mazur, Cory Barrerra, Ellie Murray, Ryan O’Sullivan, Mattison Schaefer, Kyra Anderson, Giavanna Colqscione, Dillan Sotomayor, and Michael Lindner. All are shown at the event.
