We began doing something this week that we rarely do—complain about the weather. While it is understandable since we have come off a record-breaking cold winter and now are in the midst of a cold spring, railing at Mother Nature seems like a futile exercise. Theweather is what it is, and will be what it will be. So, for now, even as we pine away for sunshine and warm breezes off the Great South Bay, we laugh at our human folly and make a promise: Enjoy the fickle nature of Mother and dress accordingly. Spring and summer will come.
