Longtime Babylon resident Pearl Holzberg died March 20, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, New York. She was 82 and spent her life putting others before herself. "She was just the nicest person and did everything for everyone else," said her daughter, Roni Tevere of Flemington, New Jersey, who added that her mom made every holiday special for her family.
