Bay Shore fourth grader makes Bracelets for Breast Cancer
Melina Mazzie, a fourth grade Bay Shore South Country School student, realized that she could do something special to help support breast cancer research. After plenty of research and discussions with her mother, Melina decided to make colorful bracelets and sell them at South Country's Fall Festival. She raised $65 and donated it to breast cancer research.
