The Lindenhurst Board of Education's Pride of Lindenhurst Award is presented in recognition of outstanding contributions which instill pride in the Lindenhurst Public Schools, and by doing so, in the Lindenhurst School District.

Awards are presented annually in each of the following categories: Category 1 - Student or group of students, Category 2 - Employee or group of employees and Category 3 - Community organization or individual that makes an outstanding effort to improve pride in the Lindenhurst Public Schools.

Nominations may be mailed to the Board of Education, Lindenhurst Public Schools, 350 Daniel St., Lindenhurst, NY 11757. Nomination forms must be received by May 1. For additional information, call 631-226-6489.
