Student athletes on the Deer Park High School Falcons Varsity Basketball team recently showed their appreciation for their supporters with a pre-game ceremony to thank their fellow Varsity Cheerleaders, as well as their own parents. Each member of the team presented a rose to a member of the Cheerleading squad; the girls have worked hard all season to inspire the Falcon faithful to get behind the team. Additionally, team members presented a rose to the team moms in attendance and all of the basketball parents on hand were honored at center court before the team tipped off against Riverhead.
