Babylon Citizens Council announces March is Women's History month

The Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts announced that March is Women's History Month.

Join them for their "first" women's reading, Tues., March 10, 7 to 8:30 p.m. The reading is being held by writer Mindy Kronenberg, who is an awardwinning and writer with over 350 publications. She teaches writing and literature at SUNY Empire State

FELD ENTERTAINMENT College and gives workshops through Poets and

Writers and BOCES. She also served on the editorial

RD0806725B staff for the Southampton Review.

Kronenberg encourages and invites audience members to read their own work or a favorite poem by a woman poet.

The event will be held at Old Town Hall, 47 West

Main St., Babylon, NY. Reservations are required.
