Our Lady of Lourdes Church (OLL), 455 Hunter Ave., West Islip will host an evening of music and prayer with Dan Schutte, one of the renowned St. Louis Jesuits, and composer of liturgical favorites such as: Here I Am, Lord, Table of Plenty, City of God, Holy Darkness River of Glory, You Are Near and Though the Mountains May Fall. The concert and evening of prayer will be held Fri., Feb. 6, 7:30 p.m. in the church. Tickets are $10 each, available at OLL rectory office. A healing mass will be held Tues., Feb. 10, 7:30 p.m. The Church Celebrant is Fr. Mike Vetrano. On the vigil of the parish feast day, all are welcome to a Liturgy of the Word, Eucharist and healing.
