Thirty-five first graders in Karen Newman and Jessica Ciampi's classes from Harding Avenue Elementary School in the Lindenhurst School District recently paid a visit to the senior citizens at the Rainbow Center. The students paraded around in their costumes, sang Halloween songs, and gave Rainbow Center seniors a pumpkin during the 18th annual Halloween show.

Students, parents, administrators, and senior citizens joined together to sing Proud to be an American and A'int No Mountain High Enough. They concluded the festivities by together dancing the Chicken Dance and Electric Slide.

"This year's Halloween show was extremely successful," exclaimed Ciampi. "All generations singing and dancing together is truly heartwarming."
