Opposition to drilling by Congress is a pain in the gas
      Dear Editor: Congress has received a plan for drilling for more oil in the good old U.S.A. The oil is in the ground under the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, Montana and North Dakota. Our do-nothing, no-drill Congress thinks we should have less oil for our homes and less gas for our cars.
