Korean War veteran visits North Babylon High School

Recently a North Babylon resident and Korean War Veteran Gino Rullo was a guest speaker in Stephen Corrado's global history classes at North Babylon High School. Rullo's three children are all graduates of North Babylon High School and his youngest is currently serving in the Navy in Kuwait.

The former Marine spoke of his experiences in Korea and fascinated the class with some anecdotes from his time training at Parris Island through the experiences fighting during the Korean war. According to Corrado, the classes were captivated and truly enjoyed the experience of hearing first-hand from Rullo.
