L.I. Dahlia Society news The Long Island Dahlia Society will hold a sale of exhibition grade dahlia tubers, Thurs., May 15, 8 p.m. in the Carriage House at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum on Montauk Highway, East Islip. There will also be a dahlia basics class at 7 p.m. where free information on how to grow dahlias to perfection will be available. All are welcome and the admission is free.
