LIBOR auction to support troops and their families

The Long Island Board of Realtors' (LIBOR) Suffolk South Shore Chapter will hold its annual charity auction and cocktail party, Tues., May 13, 6 to 9 p.m. at Lily Flanagan's, 345 Deer Park Ave., Babylon. This year all proceeds from the auction will go to two of our local military reserve battalions who will be serving our country in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. These funds will not only help their families but will help make their deployment easier by sending donations directly to their bases. Tickets will be priced at $40 prepaid and $45 at the door.

The LIBOR South Shore Chapter is asking for your donation of a gift basket or other appealing items o be auctioned off at this event. If you prefer to make a monetary donation, make your checks payable to Suffolk South Shore Chapter of LIBOR.
