Flowerfield Gardens for the season

Suffolk AHRC's Flowerfield Gardens will open for the season on Thursday, April 10. Flowerfield offers an array of plants, annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, flowering shrubs and more! Located at 1210 Portion Road in Holtsville, Flowerfield Gardens is open in April from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day. Hours for May are Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and for June, Flowerfield will be open Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Those with a valid AHRC Membership card or current AHRC paystub will receive a 10 percent discount.

Flowerfield Gardens is a full scale nursery owned and operated by Suffolk AHRC. Suffolk AHRC (Association for the Help of Retarded Children) is a notfor profit organization which provides a lifetime of therapeutic programs and services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Currently more than 2,500 people receive educational, vocational, residential and respite services through AHRC's 33 facilities.
