DPHS to host college fair Mon., April 7

Deer Park High School will be hosting its annual College Fair located at 1 Falcon Pl., April 7, 7 to 9 p.m.. Students and parents will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from colleges and universities from Long Island, New York State and throughout the United States to learn more about their course offerings, extracurricular activities, entrance requirements, tuition, campus lifestyle and other facts relevant to making an informed decision about which college to attend. Every school attending will distribute brochures and related materials.

To date, 59 schools confirmed that they will be sending representatives.

Students and parents will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from these, and additional colleges, as the list keeps growing. Families will also have the opportunity to have their questions answered regarding the college application process, college testing, and how to apply for financial aid. We also welcome families from other school districts to participate in the Deer Park College Fair.
