Irish Storyteller to perform March 16 at Conklin House
Jim Hawkins, the Irish Story Teller will perform at the Conklin House, Deer Park Ave., Babylon Sun., March 16 from 3 to 5 p.m. An added attraction will feature a performance by step dancers from Ancient Order of Hibernians. Mr. Hawkins mixes stories with songs, often combining the two. His stories can be humorous or serious with some drawn on his own memories and experiences, having grown up in County Westmeath, Ireland.
