Community prayer path
Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bay Shore Rd., Deer Park, invites the community to its Prayer Path, a Christ- Centered Labyrinth Experience, encounter with God, Good Friday, March 21.
There is no charge for this guided, interactive journey of faith and hope. The labyrinth will be found in the Church's Fellowship Hall and will be open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m, except during scheduled Good Friday worship services at 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. for children in the community room and noon to 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel. The service of Tenebrae takes place at 8 p.m. in the sanctuary. For information call the Church office weekdays, 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 631-667-4188.
